The grading evidence here improves the way it was built: somebody who knows better says so, and a person reviews it against the sources.
Nothing here edits a published grading figure directly: corrections go to a person who checks them against the sources. Taking one of these paths creates no relationship, listing priority or endorsement — the methodology governs what happens next in every case.
Collectors
Spotted a figure that disagrees with a grader’s own published report, or a report CLCT has not linked? Email support@clctibles.com with the card, the grader and where to look. Consigning a graded card through submissions also lists its reported grade in the public register, presented as the seller’s own report — a different thing from the graders’ population evidence here.
Set experts
Checklist order, printed codes, printings and canonical identity are reviewed decisions, and a person who knows a release deeply is exactly who finds their errors. Email support@clctibles.com naming the set and the discrepancy; the collectible index holds the permanent records your correction would improve.
Manufacturers
Authoritative checklist and release information beats transcription every time. If you issue the cards catalogued here and want the canonical records to reflect your own documentation, email support@clctibles.com. The same canonical and attribution rules apply to every issuer, whatever its commercial relationship with CLCT — including none.
Grading companies
CLCT links your published reports, attributes every figure to you, preserves your own tier labels, and links your report pages where they are public. To discuss report access, attribution or update cadence, email support@clctibles.com. Linking your reports asserts no partnership in either direction.
Auction participants
The place to research a card’s grading evidence is its permanent record, one click from any lot, or the grading hub — not the heat of a sale. A lot’s own listing details are the seller’s description of the copy on offer; the graders’ population reports live here, and a figure you find on these pages means exactly what the methodology says it means — nothing about the copy being sold.
